Electronic reference services

Electronic reference service is the provision of guidance and answers to users' questions through digital tools such as email, online chat, question and answer systems, or communication platforms. This type of service allows users to access information resources and receive the necessary guidance without having to be physically present in the library. The main goal of this service is to facilitate communication with librarians and provide accurate and fast information at any time and place. The services provided by the Central Library in this section include:

Access to reputable domestic databases (such as Megiran, Civilica, Normags, etc.) by registering in these databases, using an academic email.

Access to international databases (such as Ebsco, ProQuest, Sage, SciencDirect, etc.) by registering in the scientific resource supply system.

The electronic reference service section has computer systems and Internet access to access databases and the digital library.

Providing necessary training and guidance to visitors on how to better use databases and the digital library.
