این پژوهش به بررسی فرصتهای نوظهور همکاریهای علمی ایران در چارچوب برنامه علم، فناوری و نوآوری بریکس (BRICS STI Framework) و مشارکت بنیاد ملی علم ایران در فراخوان بینالمللی پروژههای پرچمدار (Flagship) میپردازد. این فراخوان با هدف حمایت از پروژههای پژوهشی راهبردی در سه حوزه «زمین دیجیتال»، «ابزارهای روانمولکولی» و «شبکه داده و تلسکوپ هوشمند بریکس» طراحی شده و بر توسعه پژوهشهای میانرشتهای، ایجاد شبکههای علمی میان کشورهای عضو و ارائه راهکارهای فناورانه برای چالشهای مشترک جهانی تأکید دارد. پروژهها باید با مشارکت حداقل چهار کشور عضو بریکس اجرا شوند و از حمایت مالی تا سقف ۳۰ میلیارد ریال برای دورهای حداکثر پنجساله برخوردار خواهند شد. این برنامه، زمینه را برای گسترش همکاری دانشمندان ایرانی با مؤسسات علمی کشورهای برزیل، چین، مصر، روسیه و آفریقای جنوبی فراهم کرده و میتواند نقش مهمی در ارتقای جایگاه علمی، توسعه فناوری و تقویت دیپلماسی علمی ایران در چارچوب بریکس ایفا کند.
English Abstract
This study examines emerging opportunities for Iran's scientific cooperation within the framework of the BRICS Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Framework through the Iran National Science Foundation's (INSF) participation in the international Flagship Projects Call. The initiative supports strategically important research projects in three priority areas: Digital Earth, Psycho-molecular Tools, and the BRICS Intelligent Telescope and Data Network. The program emphasizes interdisciplinary research, the establishment of scientific networks among BRICS member states, and the development of innovative technological solutions to shared global challenges. Eligible projects must involve at least four BRICS member countries and are entitled to financial support of up to 30 billion Iranian rials for a maximum period of five years. By enabling collaboration between Iranian researchers and leading scientific institutions in Brazil, China, Egypt, Russia, and South Africa, the initiative is expected to strengthen Iran's scientific capabilities, foster technology development, and enhance the country's scientific diplomacy within the BRICS framework.
